Super boulangerie. Pain généreux et bien cuit. Les fourneaux sont visibles, três agréable quand on attend. Les desserts sont très variés et soignés. Je vous conseille leur Kouign-Amann : il se tient parfaitement, généreusement feuilleté et caramélisé au dessus. ( Faites tourner votre four a 200 , ensuite enfourné dix minutes a four éteint). Sans doute le meilleur que j'aie mangé de Bretagne ( une belle surprise ). Les croissants sont énormes et bons. L'accueil est bon enfant ( rigolade garantie pour ma part si vous croisez le boulanger et la boulangère au service).
Sortir sans Kouign-Amann de cet établissement pourrait être l'erreur de votre vie.Traduction
Great bakery. Generous, well-baked bread. The ovens are visible, which is very pleasant while you're waiting. The desserts are very varied and carefully prepared. I recommend their Kouign-Amann: it holds together perfectly, generously flaky and caramelized on top. (Turn your oven to 200°C, then bake for ten minutes with the oven off). Without a doubt, the best I've eaten in Brittany (a nice surprise). The croissants are enormous and delicious. The welcome is friendly (I'm guaranteed a laugh if you run into the baker serving you). Leaving this establishment without a Kouign-Amann could be the mistake of your life.
